How soon after I purchase a package will my website be set up?
If you have bought a web hosting plan from us your account should be setup instantly, however if you purchased a plan other than our shared hosting then it may take up to two hours to process your account. If you have bought a domain name from us, it could take up to 24 hours to register the domain name.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Our system notifies you everyday after a missed payment. We have a late fee of 10% of your invoice after the 3rd day of missing a payment. If you miss a payment, your account will be suspended after 5 days of non-payment. If your payment is still not made after 7 days, the account will be completely terminated. If your account is terminated you will lose all of your data and information, please remember this.
What are BizzaHost's Nameservers?
To find out what your nameservers are, please create a support ticket or contact Live Chat support.
Please be aware that changes to your nameservers can take up to 24 hours before they take affect, so changes you make will not be immediate.
Do I have access to the tech support 24 hours 7 days a week?
Yes! you do, customers have access to tech support everyday, all day. However, sometimes our live chat or phone system might be offline and to receive the quickest tech support, we ask you to use the ticketing system to open a ticket and you will receive a response within a couple of hours.
Do you place advertisements on customer's websites?
No! We do not place any type of advertisement on any of our customer’s websites.
Do you offer a guarantee with your Web hosting packages?
Yes! All of our packages are backed by our 30 day money back guarantee. We don’t want you to be unhappy with your experience at BizzaHost and if your not satisfied with our services then we do not want to charge you. However, if your account is older than 30 days and your experiencing major issues with BizzaHost we will either offer you a discount for a period of time or free service for a selected amount of time depending on the issue.
